Background of Establishment

  • As a form of social responsibility and commitment of the H. Ma’soem Extended Family to education and improving the quality of human resources.

Flag:

  • The Foundation’s flag is rectangular within an oval frame, featuring dark blue, light blue, and yellow as its primary colors. At the center is an emblem bearing the words Al Ma’soem Education Foundation.
Al Ma’soem Emblem: A varied pentagonal shape containing images of a flower, star, book, and torch.

Meaning of the Emblem:

  1. The varied pentagonal shape symbolizes the Five Pillars of Islam as a guide for social and national life.
  2. The five curves of the varied pentagon represent the five daily prayers (fardhu prayers) that Muslims are required to perform.
  3. The flower-shaped circle symbolizes wisdom, growth and beauty, everlasting purity, fragrance, and culture.
  4. The varied circle in the center consists of 17 (seventeen) curves, symbolizing Islamic values that require the five daily prayers totaling 17 (seventeen) raka’at.
  5. The book symbolizes knowledge, representing intellectual individuals and experts in their fields. It contains 9 (nine) lines, representing the highest number as motivation to achieve optimal results.
  6. The five-pointed star symbolizes excellence.
  7. The torch symbolizes a source of light, representing the burning spirit within every individual in education.
  8. The flame consists of 6 (six) sections, symbolizing the Six Pillars of Faith as a guide for Muslims’ lives.

Meaning of Colors:

  1. Dark blue symbolizes firmness and consistency.
  2. Yellow symbolizes maturity.
  3. Red symbolizes courage and work spirit.
  4. Black symbolizes authority.
  5. White symbolizes purity.

Strategic Overview

  1. Organization of Prospective Student Admissions
    • Establishing a prospective student admissions committee responsible for promotional activities, managing the admission process, and preparing the final activity report.
    • Registration begins at the beginning of August each year.
    • Providing lower fees for those who register earlier.
    • Actively participating in determining requirements, facilities, and specific matters related to the technical registration process.
    • Providing explanations regarding the requirements and facilities available to applicants.
  2. Teaching and Learning Process According to Schedule and Effectively
    • There are no vacant periods or changes in lesson schedules. Several teachers are prepared to substitute whenever a class period becomes vacant.
    • No theoretical lessons are given in physical education. Students choose the sports they are interested in and practice them directly on the field.
    • Students arrive and leave school at the same time.
    • After the Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) and Odd-Semester Final Examination (UAS), students immediately begin studying the next material, so there are no “idle” days before report cards are distributed.
    • Break time may not be used for teaching and learning activities (KBM) or evaluations.
    • Developing Moving Class & Contextual Learning.
    • Students are given a holiday on working days that fall between public holidays.
    • Adjusting non-Islamic holidays and combining them with regular holidays (Saturday and Sunday).
  3. A Conducive Environment for Smooth Teaching and Learning Activities.
