Information on Al Ma’soem Achievement Admission Pathways

The achievement pathway, or the process of obtaining a tuition fee reduction for admission to Al Ma’soem, is very simple. The first step is to identify which achievement criteria you meet before registering at Al Ma’soem. The achievement criteria are as follows:

Please note that if you apply through the General Achievement category, it cannot be combined with another General Achievement category. However, it may be combined with other categories, such as Academic and Non-Academic Achievement, as well as the Tahfidz category.

If you wish to apply through the Academic and Non-Academic Achievement Pathway, the application procedure is as follows:

  • If you have previously won first place in the fields of Imtaq, science and technology, arts, or sports, supported by written proof from the competition organizer (the organizer must be an official institution recognized by KONI, the relevant government agency, or the relevant ministry), you may apply for the achievement pathway by submitting supporting documents. A copy of your first-place certificate can be sent via WhatsApp, or photocopied and brought directly when registering or submitted to the Public Relations Office at Jl. Raya Cipacing No. 22, Cileunyi.
  • After that, you will be given two options. The first option is to complete the registration and payment in advance; if your discount application is approved by the school, the approved amount can be refunded. The second option is to wait until the school approves the discount application before making payment. However, we do not recommend the second option due to the limited enrollment quota.

If you have Tahfidz achievements or wish to apply through the Tahfidz Achievement Pathway, you can apply as follows:

  • For the Junior High School level, students must have memorized at least 1 Juz. A memorization test will first be conducted by Al Ma’soem. If the student passes, the approved discount can be refunded if payment has already been made, or deducted from the payment if it has not yet been made.
  • Likewise, for the Senior High School level, students must have memorized at least 2 Juz. A memorization test will first be conducted by Al Ma’soem. If the student passes, the approved discount can be refunded if payment has already been made, or deducted from the payment if it has not yet been made.

Please note that the Tahfidz test cannot be retaken. If the student does not pass the test, the available discount will be forfeited.

Please also note that this test applies cumulatively, so the discount received can reach up to 100% of the DPP and may be combined with monthly fee reductions.

The Tahfidz test is conducted online and is not scheduled at a fixed time. The test can be arranged according to the student’s readiness, and we will facilitate it whenever the student is ready to take the test.
